Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

ConstructorIQ Inc. is committed to making the PMT1 website and application accessible to people with disabilities, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act and similar laws. Accessibility is part of how we design, build and test — not something added afterwards.

2. The standard we build to

Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. We assess ourselves against it using automated checks, manual keyboard testing and review of color contrast, and we fix what we find. We have not yet had an independent third-party audit; when we do, we will say so here.

3. What we have done

• Pages use semantic HTML with headings, landmarks and lists, so assistive technology can navigate by structure.
• Everything can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a “skip to main content” link.
• Text and interface colors meet at least a 4.5:1 contrast ratio (3:1 for large text and interface components).
• Text can be resized to 200% and pages reflow on small screens without horizontal scrolling.
• Form fields have visible labels; errors are described in text, linked to the field, and announced to screen readers.
• Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Information is never conveyed by color alone — status badges always include text.
• Animation is minimal and is switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Touch targets are sized for fingers, and no feature depends on a complex gesture.
• A signature can be given by typing a name instead of drawing.
• Everything the assistant can do by voice can also be done by typing, and the reverse.

4. Known limitations

We would rather tell you than have you find out:

• Schedule charts. The look-ahead board and Gantt chart are visual. The same activities, dates, crews and percentages are available in the schedule’s List view, which works with screen readers.
• Drawn signatures need a pointer or touch screen. Use the “typed name” option instead.
• Content your team uploads — drawings, PDFs, photos — may not be accessible. We cannot add text alternatives to files we did not create, though photo captions are supported.
• Payment pages are provided by Stripe and are covered by Stripe’s own accessibility commitments.
• Voice features depend on your browser’s microphone support.

5. Compatibility

PMT1 is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, together with the screen readers, magnifiers and voice-control tools built into or commonly used with them. It is not designed for Internet Explorer or for browsers more than two major versions old.

6. Feedback and help

If you have difficulty with any part of PMT1, need information in another format, or want to report a barrier:

• Email support@pmt1.com with the subject “Accessibility”.
• Or use our contact form, or Feedback & support inside the app.

Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology and browser you use, if you can. We aim to reply within 5 business days and to propose a fix or a workaround within 10. If you need help completing a task in the meantime, we will help you directly.

7. If you are not satisfied

If our response does not resolve your concern, ask for it to be escalated by replying to the same email thread; it will be reviewed by a manager. You also have the right to contact the U.S. Department of Justice or your state’s civil-rights agency.

8. About this statement

This statement was prepared on September 19, 2026 on the basis of a self-assessment. We review it at least once a year and whenever the product changes significantly.
