Acceptable Use Policy

1. Follow the law and respect others

Do not use the Service to:

• break any law or regulation, or help someone else do so;
• infringe or misappropriate anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• upload, store or send content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers children;
• deceive people — for example by impersonating someone, falsifying a signature, or creating fraudulent records, time sheets, tickets or safety documents;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.

2. Do not attack or abuse the Service

• Do not access, or try to access, another company’s workspace or data, or any account that is not yours.
• Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, or bypass security or authentication measures, except as permitted under the coordinated disclosure terms on our Security page.
• Do not upload malware or anything designed to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to systems.
• Do not interfere with the Service or place an unreasonable load on it — including scraping, automated bulk access, or circumventing rate limits or plan limits.
• Do not share sign-ins. Each person needs their own account.

3. Do not resell or copy the Service

• Do not resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties as a service bureau, except by inviting collaborators to your own projects.
• Do not reverse-engineer the Service or use it to build a competing product.
• Do not remove or obscure our notices or branding where they appear.

4. Do not store highly sensitive data

PMT1 is not designed for, and you must not use it to store: Social Security or other government identification numbers; bank account or payment card numbers; protected health information or medical records; biometric identifiers; precise information about children; or classified or export-controlled technical data.

Photos, recordings and crew information must be collected lawfully. You are responsible for any notice to, or consent from, the people involved.

5. Use the assistant responsibly

Your use of the AI assistant must also follow the restrictions in our AI Terms.

6. What happens if this policy is violated

If we believe this policy has been violated we may remove or disable the content involved, suspend the User or the Workspace, and in serious or repeated cases terminate the subscription under our Terms. Where it is reasonable and safe to do so, we will tell the Workspace owner first and give a chance to fix the problem. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
